The Meryton Mob Ball 2023 Join us for our 6th annual Meryton Mob Ball. A relaxed and friendly evening of dancing and Regency entertainment. Dress code: 1790 to 1830 Music and calling by Karen Evans with Vicki Swan and Jonny Dyer Timetable Venue opens 19.00 with dancing to commence at 19.30 21.00 Supper. We are asking guests to bring their own supper this year. Dust off those hampers! As this is a ticketed events guests are welcome to bring their own alcoholic refreshments (Note: There is no bar at the event) 22.00-23.00 dancing continues Carriages at midnight. The church is a five-minute walk from Shrewsbury train station and there are regular bus and coach services to and from the town centre. Raven Meadows Car Park is a five-minute walk away (0.2 miles) The church is within a ten-minute walk from several hotels including The Premier Inn, The Lion Hotel and The Darwin Townhouse.
